Terrible customer service, delivery of items NOT timely or correct. Phone calls to customer service & local office not returned. Job not completely until 10 months after contract signed. NO stars, not even one.

Talked to a repercentive on getting a quote on windows on 5-13-24, He scheduled me for an appointment for 5-14-24 at 6pm, No one ever showed or called, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor customer service. Lack of training from sales rep. Contract stated work to be completed in 3 to 5 days..it took five weeks with delays and excuse after excuse. We were given wrong information from sales rep. This is not a reputable company to deal with. I am currently preparing a complaint to my State Attorney General in reference to this.

When my wife and I met with the salesman, I told him that the three windows that needed replacing needed to include the grids. My wife told the salesman that we did not need them, but I told him that we did. When the salesman put in our order, I noticed that the three windows did not include the grids. I called Champion Windows a month before they installed the windows and told them that our new windows needed to include the grids as per ur HOA. We contacted Champion Siding & Windows in late April to schedule an estimate for our property, which is nearly five thousand square feet and requires over $70,000 worth of work. Initially, they scheduled a salesperson to visit on May 6th, but nobody showed up. Upon contacting the company, they claimed our appointment was actually on May 13th. Poor customer service by Champion Windows local supervision. Lack of support to the customer. Fails to listen to the site manager with the detailed knowledge in installing a window. In other words, they can tell if a window has not been Properly manufactured for, the designated window frame.

Don't waste your time dealing with this company. Very inefficient and unorganized. I have been trying to get some additional trim to match my vinyl siding that they installed years ago. Will never use them again.

I have been extremely disappointed in dealing with Champion for customer service after the installation.I realized the interior frame had rotted and called customer service on 3/25/24. I had to leave a message and was told it could take up to 7 Business days for a reply. I was told to send pics of damage and I did. I did not receive a follow up call and called again on 4/3/24. They installed a 4 season room for us. We had no idea they did not sufficiently flash the roof area around our chimney when they added the new roof over our home roof. After years of dealing with water coming into our basement wall since the 4 season room addition, our chimney has new rotted out, a floor joist rotted & we had to replace it, we finally found a contractor that understands why this has happened.
