I ordered windows in March of this year. I was told that the windows would likely be arriving within about 4 weeks. Surprisingly they arrived on time, but I was told they were made wrong. I was sent a picture of the windows which were so obviously made wrong you wonder who was sleeping in quality control. They offered to put them in the way they were but that was not a consideration. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Truly this company needs to make things right!!! Called corporate in Cincinnati Ohio 2-3 times n Company installing here just wants to put bandage on it. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. Wish better business bureau will step in!!!

First, I met with the sales agent and the measurer to confirm the windows that needed replacing and their sizes. However, the measurer lost the information or was simply disorganized, forcing me to schedule a second appointment. This unnecessary delay was highly inconvenient, especially since I needed the windows replaced ASAP to sell my home. When the second measurer came weeks later, I called for an update only to find out the measurements were never submitted. This necessitated a third appointment, causing further delays.... read more

Will NOT stop sending advertising. In April 2023 I briefly searched Champion windows when I was looking for new windows. Ultimately, I had *****windows installed by a local contractor. I have talked with them twice over the year, asking them to please, please stop sending me advertising through the mail. I told them I have had new windows installed throughout the house and do not need new windows anymore. They always say they will stop, but it will take 3 months. I ordered Champion Windows and Doors of Fort Wayne ** ******* *****t location, for my new house. The so-called custom made porch door was manufactured crooked in its frame. The side lights were not sealed correctly between the glass and panels, allowing air to blow into the conditioned space. The patio door would allow water to seep under the door, no matter the many adjustments to the threshold. The windows would be very difficult to open. Not a lot of communication when issues are had. Customer complaints get transferred through several call centers, no one at the business itself. Had an appointment scheduled for 8-10a, no returned call until 1pm to inform us that the windows wouldnt be installed. They did come out the following day, but the wearhouse sent all but one of the windows and now I have plywood on a giant hole on the front of my house. No stars. It is not worth my time or effort to type all the items wrong with Champion. They did a terrible job. I challenge someone from Champion to look at the completed installation and tell me it was a quality job. Do not do business with Champion. They are not a reputable company. I learned the hard way after spending $32,428.

I had a 9:00 appointment May 11, 2024 that was suppose to last up to 90 minutes Representative Eugene walked on my house didn't look at not one window only asked how many windows I want replaced and started adding on his calculator. He gave me a price of $13,500 that's without lookiing or measuring nor did he show me anything even though he had several thick books with him. Ordered a door in November 2021 and didnt receive a door until 2022...wrong size and they had to order another one...installed it in 2023...defective....Installed a door 2024. and it had gaps and air coming through. Hinges rusting and water running off...still a gap at top of door. The down payment we put down for door is too much. Champion doors has defective doors and cheap material.
