Zero stars! I wished I saw these posts BEFORE! I am looking into starting a class action suit against Champion windows OKLAHOMA! My “rep” had forwarded my calls to VM (which I have NOT been calling them. I have been very patient). I have sent an email to tdickson, ceo, which can be googled annd is public information and is now waiting for a response. We are now in a dangerous season of thunderstorms and tornados and my window still hasn’t been corrected and replaced!

I will never use them again. They want all money before the work is done and will not provide receipt when money is given. This is bad business. I will not be recommending them to any of my family or friends.

My husband and I purchased a bay window in February of 2023. The window was installed in June of 2023 and had major defects on the exterior as well as the window not opening because the crank wasn't working properly. We received a window with paint chipping in multiple areas when Colorbond is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I was disappointed with the sales contact. Even though I had specified exactly what I was looking for and wanted to install, the salesperson who came to my home, after spending time talking about how great they were, stated he was not able to customize my request as stated in my request quote. It was a huge waste of my time and his; he wanted to sell me what they had, not what I wanted. This Company is not as good as they claim to be. I purchased a sunroom back in February 2023 and they finally finished in October 2023. Champion sent a company out to my house to prepare for concrete pouring they dug approximately 10 feet trench in my backyard and they left this trench in my backyard for FIVE MONTHS and also left a concrete boulder also I complain to my salesman and the local supervisor Doug several times and kept getting the run around so I reached out to the corporate office several times and they finally ... read more

Zero star I am not going to give a star rating for this company, we called Champion for a estimate to replace 3 windows, they came jonny on the spot, windows were ordered dec 9th of 2023. Was told 8 weeks out (which i understand) 8 weeks came and went, then we got a call saying 1 had been broken in transit, and a rush order was put in place, 2 weeks was said, well its passed the 2 weeks, still no windows and its almost the end of the month of March, I called the finance place, Champion has been paid, and they took down my na... read more

I am not giving the widows a 1 star, but the customer service. If I could give the scheduler "C. L." a score of -0, I would. I spent $5,000+ on windows. First install date went fine other than my large living room window was damaged and couldn't be installed...that's understandable. The problem started with the 2nd install. Phone calls weren't returned by scheduler "C. L." I had to move and replace furniture TWICE due to his incompetence and dishonesty.on 3/6 I was scheduled for 3/18.
