***The installers/techs have been great - professional, friendly, and competent.Everything else has been far from ideal. We signed a contract more than 11 months ago. We contacted Champion Windows for a quote to replace our 26 year old windows. We received texts and email reminders for our upcoming sales quote. On the day of the appointment, at 1 hour late, I called Champion customer service to ask where the representative was. I was asked my address then told that we were not in their customer service area. I was livid! I would beware of this company out of San Antonio, it’s nothing but a scam operation. Once you pay them, you’ll never see them again you can’t even get them to call you back the windows they replaced were fine however, they are too narrow compared to what they were as I kept the original screens and they’re about 2 inches off each window that faces the front not that that should make a difference, but it does when it will not re-house our air conditioning unit! Which we were guaranteed would not be an issue that it would fit... read more

You can never get ahold of anyone for warranty work to be done. I have filled out and submitted claims. The one time I actually got to talk to some one she said someone would be out to look at our hole in the siding, that was six months ago. No calls or anything to let us know whats going on. Poor customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They advertise they are Energy Star Efficient. After installation I found out they do not qualify for tax credit. I chose them because of Energy Star. The salesman assured me I would receive a certificate for Energy Star tax purposes. They are still advertising they are Energy Star Efficient. Also, I had a problem with installation and my repair is over a month out.

Well let's start with the first number quote the sales guy threw out for siding. 84,000! Yes that's right 84,000 dollars for siding only on a two story 1911 1100sqft house. That's absolutely ridiculous. The counter offer (after my no way not even in the ballpark laughter.) 53,000! Obviously Im not a fool and was not going to pay that. He left and an hour later I get a phone call he " strong armed the boss"and they never go lower but his final quote was 48,000. I wasn't buying no matter how low he went. We signed a contract to have a 3 season room installed. 3 weeks later someone came to do the final measurement, then 2 weeks later the salesmen called and said he made a "math" error and if we wanted to still get it installed it would cost us another $4000. We said that they should stick to the the contract that we signed. I was able to talk to a regional manager and he said they will cancel the project because they can and they would be losing money on the room. After sale support exceptionally poor. Five months after installation and two service calls three of our sliding windows still do not seal properly. The techs that came out indicated that there was a problem and they should order the correct size. We'd used them twice before and were very pleased with the product and service. In short: Expect voice mail, no return call and service tickets closed with no resolution.
