What a waste of money! I contacted Champion online and met with an agent who made a great presentation including lots of options for window grid design. We wanted to go with the company but wasn't sure of the grid design. The sales person told me that I could add the design by speaking to the person who came to measure the windows. I did that. They measured and we did the plan several times. The labor people put in the windows in Jan 22. They were very rude, inconsiderate and damaged some of my property. They knew I work from home and I asked that they respect me. They talked Spanish and was on a speaker phone call with friends yelling over the noise they were making. I called the call center numerous times explaining that there was a lot of air leakage and I think that maybe the caulking wasn’t done right. DON'T USE CHAMPION. We had work done on a rental, Champion was the 1st contractor we contacted (April) & they are still not done installing a the windows (Nov.) Communication & customer service is horrible! Window order was submitted on July 25th, I called on July 27th and asked the sales rep & someone at their corporate office if I could change three of the windows from hoppers to sliders. We ordered a door with side lights and storm door with doggie door on September 23rd, 2021 from the Greenville, SC Champion Windows and Doors office and put down a downpayment of $3,734. We just were told now it would be January 31st, 2023 before our door is received. They tell you when you order it will take up to 20 weeks but now it's been over a year and suppose to be another 3 months which leads me to believe they haven't even started on our door yet. This Company is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. Full of excuses!! I have a window that remains broken for almost 6 months. They will tout the 'best warrantee' in the industry. That can not be true if they can not deliver. I intend to seek legal advice.

My mother had Champion Windows put in new windows in her home, mistake on her part. Their customer service is horrible. My mother's picture window cracked from corner to corner and I have been trying to get it replaced since July 2022. On Sept 15, 2022, I was given Matthew's phone number (************) to send pictures of the cracked window. He told me I could text him anytime for an update. I bought my sunroom in Dec 2017, And it was installed January 2018. Had massive roof leaks when the Spring rains came. Now there's leaks around the windows causing the floor to rot and soften. Issued my service claim online as I asked, received no return call. Called and left message, still received no call back. Champion Windows and Home Exteriors (*********, ** initially, then ************, **) was hired to replace and upgrade two wooden decks on my house with new pressure treated wood for the structure and Azek flooring, railing and lighting. Toward then end of building my 1st deck, their ********* office closed down. I didn't hear from them for 6 months. I contacted Champion in late May to replace one window. Champion representative salesmen arrived at my home to give me more details. We discussed terms, and I signed a contract for a new 3 Lite Slider picture window. 6/6/22 - A Champion representative arrives at my home, measures my picture window, and leaves promptly.
