Micheal came to do his presentation about the windows on time. I told him that my mother passed away and he had the nerve to ask me how much I'm getting from the life insurance policy. I felt like I was forced and pressured to buy your windows. When the installers came to install the four from windows of my home. The top two windows were not measured right. Worst experience ever, bought all windows and a new door and screen door, reasonable price 10,000.00, they were having a sell! I was promised delivery of doors in October and door in November, the times both came and went, several phone calls from me with no response to find out finally because of supply issues they are delayed, 4 to 6 more weeks, so 3 months later our windows came one guy was very nice the other got mad because I asked him to put something on our carpet in our bedroom as for we don't walk in there with shoe... read more

I sent email request for service, with photo, of a window that the seal obviously broke down, and gave the unique number off the window with dimensions from my original order, and keep getting responses to MY response that a lady will get back to me to schedule home followup. This has been going on for 3 weeks! Their only concern is NOT with warranty coverage, but with installing new windows, which I DO NOT WANT! Champion stated that our Sunroom would be finished with in 16 to 20 weeks. It took them over a year to finish the project. They also damaged our new hickory flooring and basement walls. Many calls were made, and they seldom returned our calls. We would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service was terrible.

Horrible customer service. I needed my sunroom screen doors to be replaced and two of my screen doors fell off the track (mind you we've had the sunroom doors for less than 4 years) and had to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come to the house. The tech never showed or called to fix it. Called the next day to see if we can get a tech in the same day but they told me that I have to wait another 2 weeks for him to come fix my screen doors. Signed a contract for sunroom windows in November of 2021. One of the windows was a large picture winder with a broken seal that was installed in March. The installers said they would return the following week to remove the defective window and install a new one. They have scheduled five appointments since then to make it right. The first four were canceled the day before or the day of the scheduled service. Someone came out on their final 5th attempt in July, 2022 and we were told they measured the window incorrectly. Four reasons to go elsewhere 1. DON'T OWN UP TO MISTAKES - Champion called us nearly half a year after our install and asked if we made the final payment. We were doing a lot of remodeling at the time so we didn't track every expense but assumed we paid because what kind of business forgets to ask for their money? They said they changed accounting systems so they might have lost track of it and asked us to check our records (for the past half year). Had a champion window under warranty go foggy and mildew between the double pain. Called to have it replaced. 3 months later I called back to check on the replacement and she found the order in a back room still not ordered! She didnt know when the order would actually go in still. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible

Had Champion install some windows and a sunroom. When installing the window, they cut a sewer vent but didn't cap it in the wall, so rain water was dripping into my wall. Also, I spent a lot of money on the sunroom because I thought the brand was reputable. The concrete they poured for the sunroom cracked in two directions within the first year of having it.
