Champion failed to replace a broken patio window on a patio enclosure they had installed. They sent a representative out and he stated that he did not know how to replace the broken glass. I had the original paperwork for the enclosure from them including the guarantee. We made follow up phone calls to Champion with no results. I ended up taking the window out myself and getting it repaired.

In April, a service tech came to replace a dog door in my glass door and subsequently shattered the door. Since then, I have spoken to the ********** office and the 1)800) customer service people and have been told the new door is in production (and has been for months) there is nothing they can do. The customer service they have provided is none exinsistant, they tell me no one can tell me when my door will be replaced, and if this is true, Champion has much more then my door going wrong. My order was made in October of 2021. I paid a percentage down. I have yet to have the job done. I knew it could be a wait for supplies but its almost been a year now. I have called now and then. No satisfaction. I cannot recommend champion windows.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We spent tens of thousands of dollars with Champion to have them install siding, gutters and fascia on our home. We contacted them in October 2021 about replacing a piece of fascia that had blown off in a wind storm. After many tries, they finally contacted us in March 2022, a technician arrived, took the fascia saying he was going to fashion a replacement and we never heard from him again. Awful company! I signed a contract and paid in full in Dec 2021 for some repairs to my vinyl siding they had installed a few years before. The contract stated it would take 22 to 24 weeks before they could get materials. 8 months passes with no word from them. All calls go to the home office in ****. Terrible quality- both in product and workmanship. Salesman lie to your face, as does the instal manager and office staff. I could have gotten nicer product and a better installation had I gotten the windows at a box store and installed them myself.

In my experience only this company has been a nightmare. First our windows were scheduled to put in twice. Both times after i wasted vacation days they canceled that morning. First time crew quit second time truck broke down. Red flags everywhere here. They finally came to install my windows on a Sunday in May 2022. Now fast forward to August 2022 2 out of my 10 windows installed are leaking water. I mean leaking water. I have tried for the last three weeks to call and file online service requests to no avail. We need a rating lower than 1 star! We bought windows years ago and so when we wanted new entry doors and screen doors we called them again. Lat November got a bid of $10000+. We went with them because of using them before. We were to have doors installed in May-never came. I called the end of May, did not get a return call. Called 3 weeks later and complained, finally got a call end of June. They finally came to install doors July 25th. Back door went in OK. Started great. After 3 months and ***** down for a ***** job they said they had to remeasure my trapezoid windows. They ended up refunding all monies which was a good thing, but Totally shut me out from Communication for over a month. I guess they felt they could not do the job. Wasted 3 months. Went with a different window company...
