Ordered siding for my single story home on 1 Feb 2021 and was informed a week or two later that the color was discontinued by the supplier. We had placed a new color order on 15 March 2021 with an expected install date 12-14 weeks later (approximately June/July install). I reached out to Champion in June 2021 about my Overhead garage door frame that was damaged. The white aluminum coil was installed by Champion. I went to their corporate web page and provided my information To Champion which included pictures of the damage. No Response. I called several weeks later and left a voice mail message and still no response. So I called Champion in Fenton MO. and spoke with Bob E. by text and phone calls on September 2nd and September 3rd. Three picture windows were ordered late October to replace existing ones that were weather worn. They were installed 27 December. The windows look great, the siding goes well for the exterior. I was called by the installers to confirm the delivery date, and notified that day when they would come. They wasted no time to install the windows, caulk around them inside and outside, and cleaned up the mess. Well done.

Our garden window was installed in August 2020. The installers did a good job, but silicone at the latches was too thick which caused the window to keep opening. Champion sent someone out who pushed them in and promised to send someone out to fix them. That never happened. So my 77 year old husband went up to do it himself. We were also promised the bottom of the window would be painted, because its very sloppy and white, unlike the window which is bronze. Very disappointed in customer service.

I signed a contract in July 2021 for a front door,side panel windows and a storm door.As of 12/29/21 still no product. I had an extremely hard time getting through to anybody. Rarely were phone calls returned, and when they were they had only apologizes and promises to check into things which resulted in no useful information. I could not even find out if they had started construction on the door and side panels. They protect themselves well in there contract. We paid ***** up front with no service. Horrible customer service, didn't receive the product or service I paid for. No way to contact the company for resolution, the salesman stopped communicating with me. Ordered windows with grids, only one had grids and it was the wrong color. One window was INSTALLED BROKEN with only one pane, no one said anything, I didn't notice until the next morning. If I could give negative stars, I would. It's too late for me, save yourself! Go somewhere else! I was told it would be 4-8 weeks due to supply chain issues. No contact after... read more

We ordered a from door in July 2021. As of December 22, 2021 we have not received the door. We cannot get a response from them. But they made sure they got paid. I have even contacted the finance company who were told that Champion would contact us, that was 8 days ago.

The ordering process was easy. EVERYTHING after that has been a nightmare! After eight weeks having heard nothing about my order, and another few days trying to contact the local and national offices, I finally received word my windows were ready to be installed.
