Agent was great, contract signed was great , time frame a little out so I called to see how much longer it will be and I was informed my installation was cancelled without my knowledge due to being given a to low quote for service after I have already signed paperwork and paid a deposit. I have called several times no response. This is very unprofessional not not good customer service or business. ******************

I had Champion Window in ******* place siding and new gutters and replace all my windows in my home in April of 2017. In March of 2019 we found some damage to our siding. I made a call on March 28, 2017 at 7:38am to file a repair order on April 19, 2017 a tech come to my house to take photos of the damage. Every month after April I called to followed up, I was told that they were waiting on the warehouse, then they stop answering the phone. I sent an email every month asking for an update no reply. I would rank this company lower than 1 star if that were an option. Purchased windows on May 25, 2021. It is now November 29th and we are still waiting for install. After repeated calls to get an install date they have now cancelled for the 3rd time!!!! I DO NOT recommend this company. One install date was set and they noticed the glass in one of the windows was broken. How could you not see that until install date. Don't your check your product when it comes in. Champion of ******** ** is terrible!! Run do not walk! Never ever use them. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting on the doors that I put a large deposit down on and make monthly payments for a product that I was told would be her in 4-10 weeks. It has now been over 26 weeks! They are very hard to get to respond to your calls and when you do finally get in touch with someone they take no ownership of their poor quality customer service and blame everything on the pandemic w... read more

In Early May 2021 I had Champion Windows come out to give me a bid. I got a new salesman, who stumbled through his presentation, had to call the office multiple times to get the quote right, etc. I still went with Champion based on price and the guarantee the 2 doors and 2 windows would be in by the end of June 2021. I am forced to select one star here to post this review, but if I could leave a negative star rating I would. I generally do not post ratings, but my experience with this company has been so bad that I feel it is my responsibility to do so now. We set a contract for two doors and paid our up-front portion in April 2021. Ordered 2 windows in July, was told they’d arrive sometime in October. Towards the end of October I became curious to as to the status of my order and attempted to contact Champion Windows. I called the local number, the salesman, the customer service number and the headquarters in Cincinnati. Every number took me to the same recorded message from the Champion CEO. Contract signed, deposit paid in May 2021. Contract states 6 - 9 weeks for installation. It is now OVER 6 MONTHS later. I am BEYOND disappointed. What they tell you: Lifetime Warranty. What they DON'T tell you: you are trading a warranty that you may never use for ZERO customer service! Currently waiting on a 10' window that they 'lost'. How do you lose a 10' window? They take your money and never communicate with you again unless you literally stalk them online and try to make up email addresses hoping to reach someone. Ordered doors in July. Supposed to be installed in October. In September they came back and changed the order saying they cant do build-out anymore. So, they cant change windows into doors any longer??!
