They are overselling and taking large deposits from customers knowing that labor may be a problem.If you do not have the workers to complete the jobs, do not trap homeowners by taking large deposits. We are in a Pandemic too. Is Champion banking on a high customer cancellation rate to boost profits? I had signed a contract with Champion to put siding on my home. What a horrible experience with their crew! They blared music and we felt like we had to watch them the entire time they were here. They left nails every day and food trash all over in the yard, driveway and even my neighbors driveway! They had seams facing the wrong way in front of our home and even covered a light fixture that was flush in soffit. The soffits were not even level - you can see them slope in a few areas. We signed a contract in June, 2021, for 11 new windows and a new door. Contract stated an 8-10 week turn around time. After waiting for more than 6 months I left messages for someone to call us and had no return call so I then wrote a letter to the CEO, which has never been answered. So I showed up at the local office on January 26, 2022, to see where our windows and door were. I met with an excellent Salesman by the name of Gage P********** onJuly 20,2021. After our meeting a measurement Techicsn was set up for 2wks after the contract was signed and I was assured My windows would be installed by Thanksgivings 2021. I waited and I waited….No calls No updates. Mid November 2021 ; I contacted the Chattanooga Office and was told My windows would be installed Mid January 2022 and I could NOT get out of the contract and purchase windows from another company. Champion was referred to me by a family member who was also getting some new windows. The first two visits-the sales visit and the measurement visit both went off fine. Both wore masks which is important to my family that is taking COVID precautions with kids who cannot be vaccinated.Day of installation, two installers arrived. Signed a contract for some special order windows and later they tell me that they can't be made in my size and put regular windows in and charge me the same price. The job was rushed and very sloppy. Windows were nothing like the salesman described. Totally unsatisfied with this company would not reccomend them at all

Do not buy anything from this company. They do not stand behind their products. They say warrantee but never happens. Never get a sunroom either. They leak and have had many complaints about their work.
