Champion window's ripped me off. They took my money and never came back !!! I have called them repeatedly. I only get a person out of state after I am on hold ffor half an hour ..they say someone will call me back and they never have !

This company took my deposit for windows and we had a signed contract then 2 months and 4 days later I get an email saying they need $2,174 more to do the job. Sounds like the classic bait and switch .

We put a $15,000 deposit on a sunroom April 2021 w contract anticipating project starting in at latest 6 mos. Of course no guarantee but that was the indicated expectation. We chose Champion partly due to their product being made locally and not overseas, & hoping to avoid supply chain & shipping delays. It is now nearly Nov. going on 7 mos and Champion hasn't even requested a building permit. We called twice in 2 weeks w/o a return call. As you are aware this industry has been challenged with both material shortages and labor shortages; however, that does not excuse us from not communicating. They installed the wrong windows and told us that is what we ordered. My husband is a commercial architect. He knows windows. The sales person told him that he was wrong and that the windows were what we ordered. Please do not use Champion windows. They are rude , dishonest, and totally untruthful.

I have been trying to work with this company for 6 months. They don't acknowledge, or return calls. I have only had lies and excuses. They have been paid, so they see no reason to talk to me or complete job as promised.

Champion windows advertise repair on their work for the time you own your home. Well this is how our experience went: Ordered windows Dec 30 2020, windows were set up for instillation 3 times, 3 business days before instillation they called again to cancel because on of the bay windows had a broken sash. I insisted they come out on scheduled day to install the other 2 bay windows and sliding glass door. Furious and disgusted! I want to leave ZERO STARS! Customer service with Champion windows is non-existent. May 17, 2021, i ordered a new custom front door and whole-home siding. The salesperson said it would be between 8 and 10 wks for delivery/install. I reached out to the salesperson at weeks 12 and 16 via phone and email with no response. This company is a joke. Have been waiting on warranty work to be completed for over a year. Have been in contact with the district manager and nothing has been done. Had my warranty work scheduled to be completed tomorrow 10/23/2021 to only be called and told it again isn't right and will probably be waiting another 7 months. What a nightmare company to deal with.

i have been waiting several months for the repair of a gutter that we had them install in 2009. the customer service rep has done a good job in trying to resolve the issue to no avail. maybe they should get her some tools and a truck. there are no bad soldiers - only bad officers
