The sales person, Chuck M****** was very responsive. Received email reminder 1/6/2022 of someone coming out to measure for our front door on 1/10/2022, yet it took over a week after three requests for addendum to be emailed. They sent someone back out to remeasure after the addendum was signed. On March 23, 2022 I noticed a pending credit to my credit card. I wouldn't use or trust champion windows to do any work in or on my home. Very poor communications with the customer.

I signed a contract with this company and wrote a check. The same day I decided I did not want to go through with the contract and make monthly payments for 10 yrs being on very limited monthly social security. I cancelled my check and mailed off the necessary cancellation papers. 1 month has passed and they still haven't returned my check. This check should have been returned within 10 days. In August 2021 I file a service request for repairs on our sunroom. The sliding glass door won’t lock and the window next to it won’t lock because it is out of lined and also needs a new handle, because the first one was bent and needs to be replaced. I called later in the fall and response was I was on the list. I called March 24,2022 and and March 30. I still have not have contact from the service department. I dodged a bullet with this horrible company!!! I should have read their reviews on the BBB website first. I cancelled the contract before they did the "so called professional measurements" and they charged me 5% of the total contract price for cancellation. They didnt do any work to earn the fee. I'll gladly pay the fee before I let them yahoos ruin my house who can't seem to get the installation right from other reviews. They deserve the "F" rating.

We had Champion install windows and have had very good luck... However, on siding it is another matter. Installed late 2017 the siding sales rep. Rick P. was asked if they installed with seam facing rear of homes. Yes, was the answer. Well, on March 31, 2022 we are waiting for Champion to repair for the Sixth time siding on the North side of the house which was install backwards. Champions customer service is non existent. They took our deposit in October 2021 and to date cannot provide a delivery schedule. We have called numerous times only to get the run around of we will call you back. Which of course they do not. This has turned in to an absolute no service mess where we are having to follow up every few days and when their CS people answer the phone half the time they do not even have a record of the last call so we have to begin basically all over again. This company was paid $18,500 and was contracted to build a sun room by the end of Feb. To date nothing has been done. These people do not return calls. I asked them to ensure the HOA is made aware of the building dimensions and appearance but they never did. They breached our contract when nothing had been done a month after it was supposed to be finished yet they say they are going to keep 30% of the total contract costs for doing NOTHING. Beware of these people. They are a scam and undependable.

Put in an order of September 2021 we got our windows December 2021 we still do not have all of our screens for windows and we still do not have our doors that we ordered every time we call they have said our order is in process but they have called and made an appointment for March 16 to install our screens and our doors then they called and scheduled appointment for March 18 and nobody showed up
