Contracted for windows in Aug. Contract states 6-8 weeks to schedule install. Champion deposited payment in Aug. Nobody calls back. It's December and I am still awaiting status.

I am very disappointed with our experience with Champion Windows. We originally ordered our windows in March 2021. The first window was installed in July, a door in August, and finally our storm door on Oct. 14th. All of this work was completed with no communication. The phone was not answered at the main office and my phone calls were not returned. Redva, the salesman, was the only one who would return my calls. The work was also very disappointing. I signed a contract in August of 2021 for some windows. The contract stated that windows would be installed within 8-10 weeks. It has been nearly 17 weeks since that contract was signed, and I still do not have an install date scheduled. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times. They always says that someone will call me back within a certain time frame. Not once was one of those phone calls returned. Then I asked my salesman to escalate this issue to someone. Fraud or incompetence? We ordered a new exterior door from Champion. Paid 50% deposit for work and materials. We get our installation date of 11/24/21 in the morning. After the installation window passes for an hour, we a no call, no show on our installation. It took us several hours to navigate Customer Service and finally get a call from the local Service Manager. So now it is the end of the day and its clear that no one is coming to install our door. They get One star. Less if I could. So far I am pleased with quality of the product. I had one storm door and two windows installed on 8/10/21. The storm door is fine. The two new windows protrude inward in the window opening much farther than the original windows. Because of that I cannot properly re-install my custom Levolor blinds.They never said a word about during the sales pitch or installation and actually left the blinds laying on the floor upstairs when they left. The end of April, I wrote a check as a down payment on a basement door. After a month or two of it not being cashed, I called the company to see what the issue was. The office manager told me the check had been accidentally shredded. I paid the balance with my debit card. Fast forward to December... The company cashed the lost and shredded check. I just found this to be extremely unprofessional and a little unethical.

I am in *********** **. Had Champion come out to get an estament Signed contract last I herd from them for 12 weeks called to find out about my windows and siding got the run around no straight response . Called back a week later same thing the next week called every day finaly got my windows they did a good job . they said I should have my siding in about 2 weeks after 2 weeks called got the runaround again had enough called custumer service 3 times first time was told how to get a refund sent the paper work after 2 weeks g... read more

Do not call back once you sign contract. I had to call headquarters in order to speak with someone, after calling sales mgr( who got here asap to sign ) three days in a row, and he never returned the calls
