I am giving them 2 stars for getting the windows earlier than expected but two windows came in the wrong size and one window was cracked. The installer came and went and left things unfinished. We wrote the company 2 times and no one has called us back. We feel unsatisfied and worried that we won't ever get this job finished correctly.Think twice about Champion. The warranty is good but it is not easy to get the windows installed to your satisfaction. Where is the management?????

I signed a contract with this company on Oct. 9, 2021. He did not give me an exact date, but he said probably around Jan 2022. They finance thru ***** ***they took out $ 113.00 that month and 74.00 a month until I stopped payment around the 12th of April, I also notified ***** *** of the issue. My payments were to increase the 22nd of April, but still have a hold on them. Horrible customer service. I called the installation manager, John L******, whose phone number I had after I contracted with Champion for my window replacement project. John informed me that he had not worked for Champion for about 6 months and then he told me where he was working and how they manufacture great quality windows for an affordable price. Was lied to straight to my face when one of their sales respresentatives came to give me a quote. I specifically asked if the information he wanted me to enter in his phone would run a hard or soft pull on my credit and he said no they run 2 reports per person all the time in which was a lie and my experian and credit karma account alerted me when it did and now supposedly it cant be removed and will be on my credit as a hard pull for 2 years, The salesman basically wouldnt take no for an answer and made up a ton of lies sta... read more

Our sales representative, Alan was very rude and unprofessional when we decided to cancel our contract within the 3 day window. He continued to push for a reason as to why we were cancelling and when I politely told him that I preferred not to share (as it was a personal unforeseen circumstance), he hung up on me. I will never recommend Champion to anyone ever.

I placed an order with Champion for 4 windows on March 11, 2022. I called to get some additional information about the installation and couldnt get a clear answer regarding details about the installation, which left me with some doubts about the company. I cancelled the order before the re-measure date(YOU ONLY HAVE 3 DAYS TO CANCEL FOR A FULL REFUND) if you cancel before the re-measure date they keep 5% of the down payment for doing absolutely nothing, TERRIBLE business practice. We paid close to $30K for a 12X12 Sunroom that has leaked since it was installed 2 years ago. Champion has attempted to fix this at least three times, free of charge. It is leaking again, now they want to charge a "service charge" to come and fix it again. They have been responsive and tried up to now, however when I asked to speak with someone about paying the service charge I was told no one could save it.

Had all windows installed in November 2021, screens were not available. It is now April and still have no screens. Have contacted customer service twice and as of yet got no call back.

Horrible company. Forces you to pay the final amount before you can test the windows (or you'll void the warranty). Then when it is discovered that a window needs to be replaced because THEY messed up, they take an incredibly long time getting it to you. (They have your money, what do they care). I spent over $10K in windows and a storm door. I've had to have them out twice for one of the windows twice since installation in fall 2021.
