signed a contract for a sunroom addition, and decided after multiple negative reviews this company, I cancelled the contract. I followed instructions that was on the paperwork, and the instructions are very outdated! I obviously cannot sign cancelled documents and fax back within the 3 days, because they had no working fax number! when i called the rep i was working with he would not return my calls and directed me to the corporate number, which i called and left several messages and no one will call me back. Wish I would have read the BBB comments on Champion before I placed my order. I signed a contract in August 16th, 2021 and was told ***** weeks, I would have my new sunroom. Unknown to me, they lost my packet for 5 months and just turned my order in to the manufacturing facility late January 2022. Was told my new installation date would be mid-March..crickets. Ive never dealt with a company that genuinely doesnt care about their customers. I knew I should have went with the other company that came by. Signed, Buyers Remorse

We ordered a patio door in September 2021 and are still waiting on an install. They took our money and ran. We have tried calling several times and each time they say they will contact the supervisor and have them call us..still waiting. I called our salesperson that sold us the door.no call back. They are quick to call you back when you want to purchase windows or doors and quick to take your money but ignore you when you call about your order. I would not recommend them to anyone go somewhere else.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never helpful when looking for information regarding my order. Not receiving answers or call backs from cooperate or local shop. We ordered windows and a new front door and side window 9/2021. They installed new windows without screens in October, installed a defective windows and didn’t have screens. They really dont give a **** about you.Get you to sign, generate funding and get your interest accruing.After that, cannot get anyone to return your calls. I was given contact information for a technician who has not worked with them for over 5 months as my point of contact. Then got a call from a manager with absolutely no customer service skills.I thought I could get my concerns resolved by calling the main office in ****.Still waiting for a call back two weeks later.Its been over a month since the salesman left my house. ... read more

Champion Windows of ******** is the worst company I've ever dealt with. We had a whole house of replacement windows, new front door system, and sliding back door installed in 2015 and 2016. We went thru 4 separate installation crews that were all subcontractors. The first three were horrible, didn't finish the job properly, one damaged our driveway, and numerous calls to the ******** Office had to be made to get any responses. We ordered 19 windows and a garden door. One of the selling points was that they manufacture in Cincinnati so the delays other companies were experiencing would not be a problem. We were told the entire job should take 2 days. They showed up on 12/22/21 and initially got a good start on the job. Day 2 and nobody seemed to be much interested in installing anything so the windows were not complete on day 2 nor did they even have the door that was ordered. I initially had a great experience with the Sales Rep. However, over a year later my windows have not been installed. I have called/e-mailed several times to get my down payment returned and no one locally will respond to my calls or e-mails - only a rep in Texas was kind enough to return my call. I paid over $1,000 and would like to be refunded since the job has not been completed in a timely manner. I think this is a reasonable request.

I ordered 9 windows 3 doors from them on July 2021 its now February 12 and they put 5 windows and the rest dont feat they have to order again its probably going to take another 8 months in the process no doors where installed today. Its a bad costumer service you cant talk to no one they dont return your call ether.
