they came out and measured and estimated three times. We paid half the cost and then they said they couldnt do the job. Incompetent or ignorant. I would not use them.
At this point, I think Champion's BBB rating of D is ****** generous. We are coming up on a one-year anniversary of trying to get some windows and screens replaced under their warranty.Everyone sent out to see us has been polite, pleasant and displaying naive enthusiasm from having consumed the Champion ********* Each of these people had a reason why the replacement windows had never been ordered, let alone been received. The Champion windows may be good with their lifetime warranty, but I had nothing but problems with the installation of a sunroom:I signed the contract on June 11, 2020 for Champion to complete a sunroom on the back of my home. I ordered a bay window in April of 2020. And now it is October 2021 and I have had 1 prefab bay window not to size then was told I needed to change to a bow window(not what was offered or wanted). Had 2 prefab bow windows one oversized and another that material was peeling off the window while still in there trailer. Unprofessional Very bad expreience never deal with them agin, they have zero credability and totally unprofessional and not honest increase my estimate $10000 after i sign the contract with 3 months, your sales rep will answer your phone until you sign the contract then they never answer your call again They are scam, poor time management, never deal with them again under and circumstances.I never did bad reviews and I did a lot of project in business and at my home but Champion one of the worst experience I have ever

usually a great experience with champion. This time there was a change of heart, not because of the service but simply because I changed my mind on what route I was choosing on furthering my project. Their spineless jelly fish of a salesman wasn't too thrilled with my decision and chose to tell me "I lied to him"! I recently had new windows installed in my house by Champion windows of ********* **** which went fine .I paid a total of $27,000 dollars as requested the day the job was done. Now months later they call me to say an error in billing was made by the installer and I have to send them another $ ****** .I checked the contract and I did owe the money. Windows and screens damaged from hail storm in April 2021. Only able to contact Champion via internet. They took my $90.00 service call but I havent heard from them since. I have called, emailed and texted them but they wont respond. I even drove to ************* to their showroom but the door was locked. I found a worker around back in their warehouse and he said hed have someone call me but they never did. I like the windows but their customer service sucks!
They took my deposit money, and took measurements over a moth ago, I need a copy of the measurements to hire someone to build the headers which takes time to find and get on their schedule.After a month of waiting for the diagram, I asked for the measurements again. Today was the response. That was over a week ago. No communication since then. I have asked for a refund of my deposit and to cancel my order.
