Buyer beware!!! Being a manager of a sales team I have used this experience with Champion to teach what NOT to do. My wife and I ordered a French door in February. After a month of waiting I had to reach out several times to our sales **** ****** trying to get just a simple estimate on how long it would be. ***** was less then helpful. This Company is Horrible, BUYER BEWARE!I responded to their ******** Promotion, which was Buy 2 Windows, Get 2 Free.The ******** Promotion had a Click Here to Schedule an Estimate Tab, so I did.Shortly after the Salesman ********************* came to do the Estimate. Ordered windows on May 6th, at what I felt was a high price per window, but the 40 year old windows on our house were well overdue to be replaced so we just went with it. We were told it would be 6 to 9 weeks for the windows to come in. Called at 11 weeks, took multiple calls to get ahold of anyone, we're told it would be roughly another 4. Called at 15 weeks, once again took multiple calls and a very angry message to get ahold of anyone, and miraculously they came in that day. First of all, they did not honor the referral from my family member and we have contacted them milt times over the past 6 months. Secondly, we bought these windows at a BOGO sale and still paid $1k per window-the cheapest one they sell. Feeling a little like we were cheated and conned. On the upside, the windows are great and have saved us on electric bills. Just dont believe all the extra they try to sell. Youre buying good windows and paying a lot for them. Period.

Champion window have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A order was placed for an inside door and a storm door 16apr21. Made many phone calls left messages, most never returned. Apparently no one knows how to pick up the phone. Got a call on 30aug that the order was complete. They were to bring the doors 31 aug by9am and install At ****am received a call that because it was raining they would not to the install. Would call back later that day and reschedule. This is my third transaction with Champion over the past 10 or so years. Encounter #1 included 5 replacement double hung windows + new Bay Window and Kitchen Garden window. Encounter #2 included 2 shaped windows and a Patio Exit door, and finally this Encounter #3 is for a replacement Entry Door. If you are looking for the frustration, and excitement brought about by missed appointments, missed deliveries, poor workmanship, unknowledgeable sales and service staff, you have come to the wrong company. My experience with them was terrible. Got a quote in late June for just under 25000for 26 windows. Made a down payment of $3000 and took their interest free line of credit. Contract was updated to remove 1 window in late July and the new price was just under 24000 . The company waited until the END OF AUGUST to tell me they'd misquoted me and then REFUSED TO HONOR the contracted quote. The salesman gave us a price for 11 windows. I signed the contract. He called the next day and said he made a mistake and only charged for 8 windows. Therefore, it would cost several thousand dollars more. I told him to cancel the order. I understand Champion has done this mistake price increase before. They are unscrupulous and deserve to be placed at the top of the worst to do business with list.

So far the process has been pretty awful. Started out being assigned a representative who never contacted us and then once I reached out, I was informed he was no longer with the company. It also took them over a month to order our materials which is extremely aggravating when there is already a 4-6 month waiting period b/c siding is currently on back order.
