2 windows were not correct upon installation, and one was cracked. I was assured they would be fixed quickly. It has been months since hearing from anyone. I am constantly having to track them down for status. Completely disappointed on their lack of follow through. I would not recommend them unless you hold off on full payment until the job is done to your satisfaction.

Dear Champion, I recently had work done on the "rakes" on my house, and it took 3 visits to get it done. The first 2 men came out but the person I had explained my problem to put it in as "siding" not as what I learned the area is called , the "rakes?". The second person told me the other service person had to finish up a job from the day before, so he could only do so much. The third person came out and finished up the job. Very disappointed in their customer service. I had my front door replaced in February. They came with the wrong color door and offered to replace it for the right color. A rep came in April to do a color match and told me it would be about 10 weeks. We are now halfway through August and have yet to hear from anyone. I call and talk to a customer representative who then in return sends me to the installation manager whom I alway have to leave a message for. I purchased this in April. They just finished it August 13th. After 6 weeks of having our down-payment, they cancelled the contract because their measures made a mistake and they needed $4500.00 more to do the project. It is now early summer and there was no chance of getting another builder so we hired someone else to build the deck and deducted that from the old contract and signed a new one. Their **************** is awesome, one of the best I've ever dealt with.We placed an order & paid a deposit with Champion Windows to replace about 80% of our first floor windows. During a meet with the install manager it was discovered that their windows would not match the rest of our existing windows.Additionally, due to the structure of the house their windows would end up reducing our visible glass by 3 inches. This is my second review regarding the poor business practices of Champion Windows & Home Exteriors of Cincinnati. My first review centered around false statements made by the sales person during the selling experience, as well as, their use of sub contractors and lack of communication. This follow up is about one of their main selling points where they guarantee window replacement when damaged or broken.In my particular case, one of the windows broke with a diagonal crack within months of installation. Very poor service. I have had a complaint open for a couple of months about a wall leaking above the heat and ac unit and next to a 110 outlet in the four season room. I have had multiple issues with the service starting with the install. It took three months to get a lock replaced, according to them, due to covid and them pulling their sales and service in the ********* ** area. Now this. I called 3 times over a period of 4 months (they keep telling me a service order has been sent out and I'm in line) to have a window repaired under warranty. I haven't gotten a call back, there has been no communication. Because it was becoming a safety issue we decided to just replace the window with another company. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because overall they are decent windows - just don't expect them to honor the warranty.

Champion was not returning my calls as listed in their *************** office location which services the Chicago area. I physically went to that location and they are not there. The space is empty and their name is not listed on the sign. They are still selling in the area because I see their advertising. However, be wary. I was calling to get service on my existing windows.
