Champion windows came out April 2, 2021 and installed 11 of my 14 windows. They had the wrong size for my main window and said they would have to order a different size. Here it is August 5 ***** and the window is still not completed. I have left 4 messages and no one will return my call. Not good business. I hate I used them. I gave them 2 stars because of the installers but it should never take this long to get completed and for someone to return my call. Not good business.

I can no longer not share this experience. The site foreman was drinking in his vehicle while two college aged kids (one with some experience and the other had no clue) left metal shavings in our back yard, we have two dogs, and more screws on the ground than the ones in the patio they built.For months afterwards, the patio room roof leaked. They sent people out to fix it but after their failures the salesman came out to do so and I joined him while looking at the roof. Save yourself time, headaches, and money. Do NOT give your business to this company. They have continued to let me down since I signed the contract on April 1st, 2021 for ONE window! (it still isn't installed) and it finally got made in July because I continually called and emailed and made quite a fuss. They have been unprofessional, lack follow through, lack communication, and now a manager has name called me because of my frustration. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I'd leave no stars if I could. This company is IMPOSSIBLE to work with and how they have their communications set up is ridiculous.My whole house is filled with Champion windows. I used them when i first moved into the house. Everything went GREAT to get replacement windows. However, fast forward 6 years--we are adding on to our house and I need to buy ONE window. We were in desperate need of replacement windows. Even through our need was great, I should have kicked the *********************, the Champion saleman, out of my home for the lack of respect he showed towards me and my children. He seemed nice, but his sales presentation was long and took a difficult toll on my small children. When I told him the price was too high, he continued to press...hard. ************* is horrible. We originally ordered our windows May of 2020. They stated that it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get our done and ready to install. I started calling them 8 weeks later, as I had not heard from them. Several messages with no return calls. I finally got ahold of someone who put me through to the *****, ** location. Original salesperson was pushy and spent more time bashing other window companies than telling me why their windows are great. I had to remind him that he was in my house because I wanted to do business with champion, and that he can save that for other customers. He went on and on and was disappointed that we had a conflict 90 minutes into our appointment time slot (he was also 60 minutes late).
