I'm not ready to file a formal complaint just yet, but will if something doesn't happen by the end of July. I ordered/signed a contract for 8 windows and 2 doors on April 19, 2021. I was promised that installation would occur sometime in June. June has come and gone and no one from the ********************** has called to schedule an installation. I waited more than 10 months for 2 window sash replacements under warranty terms. I called back multiple times when they were actually taking calls. Now you have to email and no one ever responds. I visited their office several times. They always said it would be 4 to 8 more weeks. I contacted the ******** Attorney Office and filed a complaint. Champion told the *** office they would have them install by April 2. On April 2 they came with two sashes; one fit but the other was several inches to wide and tall. They must have j... read more

Our window project is still not complete. The install crew showed up with the wrong materials. They were sloppy and had the wrong color trim around the outside of the windows & had to leave for over 2 hours to to get the correct color. They had to remove the trim and were unable to install 3 windows, installed one broken window and had to order parts. Left a huge window hole open for several hours with our covering when they left and broke for lunch. Bugs, dust, and extreme heat entered our home. Two windows are not installe... read more

The representative was 1.5 hours late for the appointment. We had to contact the local office to find out what was going on. Although he was knowledgeable, he was not totally prepared. An example is he did not have any window order forms with him. So, he had to make do with a door contract until he got back to the office to put everything on the right form. Not happy customer. The salesman, Shane, conned me. I took his word when he went through and counted all the windows in my 2 story house. When the time came for my windows to officially be measured and ordered, I was told that my 2 smaller bedroom windows were not included in the number on the contract. They told me it would be an additional $2100 to add my 2 small bedroom windows when they were originally supposed yo be included in my price. 04/19/2021 - 06/22/2021 I paid $99 to have my screen door stolen!!! I made a purchase of 6 windows to match the ones in the new house I purchased last year that had all but 6 windows replaced with Champion Windows. The sales rep showed up and quickly sold me the windows to complete the update on the house. He explained about the 1 year move in warranty for new owners. The concrete contractor did not remove all the concrete pieces and did not restore my yard to it original state. They left a lot of ruts.

We ordered windows and a door for a sunroom project at our home earlier this year. The sales rep was great and we made a quick decision to move forward. And then the problems started... We had multiple addendums because of mis-counts on windows and incorrect measurements. The windows finally came, a bit delayed. But no door. We are now 7 weeks past the windows being installed and still no door. And now we can't get a return call, or any information.
