Prices were nose bleed expensive. After other estimates, I was told no sliding glass door should cost $12K. I contacted sales person - assuming it was a calculation error - who said he would contact me. 12 days later, no contact. I stopped payment on the check. The measuring crew calls daily even though I advised them I cancelled. This is the worst company I’ve ever done business with and am using my social media platform to warn people away. Bad, bad, bad.

Horrible service!!! They do not return phone calls. After waiting 12 days I had to drive 25 miles to the Champion store to get an appointment scheduled for a leaking roof in our sunroom.

I had a sales person come to my house and show me these wonderful windows and had a actual window with him and showed me how heat and cold would work on the windows. It looked so great I decided to get them. My daughter was also with me when he showed them to me. He told me I could apply for an account and get 0 percent interest so I did. Come to find out it was not 0 percent interest it was a credit card which would of taken me forever to payoff with the interest on it. Customer Service is impossible to get ahold of. Started last January trying to get a slider replaced that has a broken seal. Received email yesterday that they have just learned about it! It has now been 6 months with no resolve and no replacement as of yet. Still waiting for an answer.

Kept changing my appointments pressure to buy, offer good for today only! after signing the contract and paid a down payment, four weeks later, could not do it for that price. needed $2400 more needless to say I cancelled the contract

It won’t let me give 0 stars. Promised the moon. Came to measure my home and told me the job was not possible for them. Have refused to return calls and refund $16,000 charge. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. BBB PLEASE HELP!!!

To start I used to be a fan of Champion and even referred people to this business. Last fall I had a piece of siding fall off my house. I called in November 2020 and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks before someone could schedule time to come out. No one called, so after the winter flaw I called verified my address, phone number which was incorrect and then I was told the scheduler would call me. ***BUYER BEWARE*** By far the absolute WORST customer experience I have ever encountered. Signed a contract with them in February for the siding on a rental property we had just bought. The regional manager, Jason B*****, had contacted us giving a $1000 discount on what we were quoted through a “customer marketing” program.
