Very VERY poor communicators. Outright lied to us saying the windows had been ordered when the re-measure hadn't yet been done. Contract said re-measure would be done within 2-3 biz days--took 3 weeks. How could they have been ordered without confirming measurements? Lie to get us off their back? Salesperson's worksheet shows 10 windows, contract shows 10 in one place, 12 in another. Didn't give us any choices in color--we wanted black, he chose white. Terrible customer service 8 months and still haven’t completed job can not get any to return calls. Work that that have been completed is coming off of house!!! I am a disabled veteran and paying them 18000.00 dollars to put siding and soffits and gutters on my home I have been in and out of hospital since January and had 2 surgeries and not able to continue to try and. Get rectified.

The door installation that we've been anxiously awaiting has been a nightmare. Zero communication throughout the wait. Then installation day finally gets here only to find out the measurement was so far off, it would not fit. This was really the icing on the cake after trying for weeks to get any update on our order. My husband called in January about some window issues that Champion needed to fix. Service person said order put in. In March I called and service said windows were in. Local service person came to my house to inform me that no window replacements were ordered, though they noted my husband’s call. He said he was putting order in. It is May 26 and nothing. Drew is very knowledgeable about Champion Windows and spend time explaining the windows and functions of how well his company builds and installs their products. Excellent salesman and very professional.

April 2020 screened in porch ordered and paid for. May 2021 no contact unless I go to the Vp snd he says he can not refund money or assist any further. Do not put a deposit down.

Salesperson that came to the house was nice, professional and talked us into getting windows through them. We were searching as ours were 26 years old and needed an upgrade. BUT..the installation, after installation and the follow up is less to be desired!!!! It has been 3.5 weeks and my windows still aren't complete but they want me to pay for them?!?!? I cancelled my project within 2 days but they had already cashed my deposit. After numerous calls and emails to the sales person and his manager, I finally got a check sent to me 19 days later. They held my $3k without any concern for my inconvenience. I am so glad I cancelled. I can imagine getting warranty work done would be much of the same run around. Read the reviews here on BBB. They are concerning for any place of business. My project was through the Durham, NC office.
