Salesman was great. Siding they installed was one nightmare after another. Never again!!

I bought windows from them on October 2020. They were fast to get me an approval for credit and ordered multiple windows measured windows on the 10th of October. Since then never heard from this company meanwhile financing company already sending me bills. Where’s my window? Anybody contact me please! Customer service sucks. Even if you have the best windows with how expensive it is you should have good communication with your clients who is already paying for the windows that they thought they bought!!!!
This has by far been the worst experience we have had in our home. We had an appointment with Chris H. in our home. He took about 3 hours explaining the windows to us. We only needed 4 windows but somehow it ended up costing about $6500.00 - perhaps there is gold embedded in them. Predictably, he had a "act now" discount if we booked that day. This has been an ordeal and I was positive about this company at first. However, within a year after purchasing seven windows for almost 8 thousand dollars we had problems with four out of seven. The company sent out a repairman for two large windows that immediately fell off the track the first time opened. The technician did nothing so we called again and a manager came and had the repairs done properly. They are a horrible company with terrible customer service, shotty workmanship and terrible products. Need I say more? It has been nothing short of a nightmare working with Jeff P***** and the rest of the liars at Champion Windows.

My wife and I ordered siding back at the end of July, we have yet heard from them on when it will be installed. So far today I called the sales rep who asked me to email him my info, that was 3 hours ago. So I decided to call the main office, after being on hold 10 minutes the call was answered. Once again I gave them my info and was put on hold and within a couple minutes got disconnected. While writing this my sales person called with pretty much no info on what is going on.
his is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They have contractors installing the doors that clearly have no clue what they are doing. The employee David N**** is beyond rude and will offer insults in stead of solutions. I had two beautiful doors installed. It been down hill since. First one of the doors opened the wrong way. Shady!! Our sales rep, Martin, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, understanding and not pushy at all. When we got a different quote from another company, he worked on getting our price quote with Champion down. He submitted us for a loan, and we were approved with a great rate and term.
