When they first came to measure out the windows, it was an incorrect measurement. I had to wait 2 more months for the right windows to show up and I was disappointed in how long it actually took.
I was pleased with quality of windows and expertise of installer. However there were two mistakes by factory. A bedroom window frame was cracked when they took it off the truck. We ordered a French door with a left hinge and when it arrived at our home it was right hinged. They installed it and will replace in 10 to 12 weeks. Very disappointed about mistake.
We're disappointed in the finishing of the job and product.
The sales and installation was fine. The product wasn't what I expected. The windows doesn't fully open. I expected 2 clear windows. One door doesn't go all the way back. I called and informed them of the problem. They stated they would call me back. They didn't call me back like they said.
They lost my windows a total of 3 times and showed up to do the windows and did not. They said they would reschedule and we finally had to call them to reschedule. It took 4 times before the windows were finally installed.
