Product was not completed when promised. Wrong size showed up. From start to finish took almost 6 months. Was promised a discount and it was almost impossible to receive. Customer was by far some of the worst I’ve experienced.
Still waiting for the job to be finished after over a month.
From the initial appointment until our job was finished took a year and a half. Our “installation” took 15 months. The initial installation crew was grossly negligent and did not properly install any of the windows (34) or sliding glass door. They caused significant and unnecessary damage to all of our window sills and returns. Nearly every window was overcaulked on the inside. They never returned my call on complaint that I had.
Never again!
The issue was that with covid the service wasn't as good as it could be. When I had my door initially installed, the person who came noticed that the size of the glass wasn't correct and it took them a couple of months to get it installed again. The service wasn't that good, to be honest, but it was probably caused by covid.
