I love the windows, but the installer left a lot to be desired.
They took way longer than they said they would. They also broke a window and it took months and months.
The whole process was problematic from sales to measurements and installation.
I am very disappointed with you. You sent out the wrong product. You never called back or followed back up with us until after 4 weeks of delivering the wrong products to us.
