Windows still are not right. I call repeatedly and people are nice, but nothing happens. All windows were wrong size when they arrived after 3.5 months, so had to wait for remanufacture.

There were so many issues I could write a book on all of the issues that went wrong including not returning telephone calls, would not quote any schedules. Was told Champion was not allowed to talk to the factory. Several visits to install. not good.

I was unhappy with the response time from the project manager. The guys that did the siding were the messiest people and did not clean up their mess. When I called to make a complaint the person I talked to said it wasn't her problem.

They are liars and when I called them out on lying to me, they told me they have a contract and I'm liable regardless of how I felt. He told and sold me one thing and did another. I took it up to the head of their department with Chris Sweet. He offered me a pittance and said I either take it or we go to court. If I wanted inserts, I would've gone with a much lower bid. I was sold windows and got inserts.
