I'll never do business with Champion again.
The roof on my sunroom still leaks 6 months after I paid Champion in good faith that the roof would be fixed quickly. The concrete contractor did not finish the job, he did not do any back fill around the footer wall, I had to do the back fill myself (at age 67). I also had 5" gutters on my home and only a 4" was installed, I was told the contractor they use for gutters can only do 4" so it was my problem to get a 5" gutter installed. The crew tried to force me to sign agreement before they were done installing the windows.
Window installer was rude and unprofessional. Entered house without knocking or introducing himself. Acted inconvenienced by the window install. Was frustrated with the age of the house and windows. Repeatedly made rude sexist comments. Foul language repeatedly used around 3 year old and 5 year old children in home. Unprofessional the entire time. I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows to a friend, because they lost my check in the paperwork for about two weeks.
