The hostess that was on duty when my party of 3 arrived refused to seat us (myself being 7 months pregnant) until the Evening hostess arrived. We were only there for drinks and appetizers, but since the kitchen was transitioning from Brunch to Dinner we were told we could not grab drinks at the bar and sit at a table until the kitchen reopened, although there were multiple open tables available. Worse experience ever, tables and chairs had crumbs all over and we were seated there anyway. When waiter finally appeared, he didn’t bother to greet us and asked right away if were we ready to order. What was most disappointing about this experience is that we traveled from Jersey for the experience and were highly disappointed. Needless to say, we didn’t stick around long enough to taste the food. What we experienced in the short 10 minutes we were there was enough to chase us out. The food was great the seating in our booth was torn but the music was too loud we had to yell at each other to have a conversation.

My server sucked. The food came out cold. My opinion is it's too expensive for this type of service period.

I went to Chocolat for brunch over the weekend and I was dissatisfied with the quality of their food. They do not know how to make an omelete nor scramble the cheese inside of the eggs. My friend ordered the fish croquets with cheese grits and they were totally cold. The cheese did not melt on the grits and when she returned them, you can tell that it was microwaved as were the eggs. I used to like Chocolat but I feel they overall fell off.

What is the point of people making reservation if they are eventually going to have to wait a whole hour to get a table?! The host was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care . No shade but shade 💅🏾

I hated it. it was my bday dinner and I got treated terrible my food came last.The order was mixed up everything was totally wrong

The food was really good we had to wait a long time to receive I’ll food the service was not good they were rude and had bad attitudes. They charged us for holding and cutting my birthday cake while I have never experience at any restaurant before.
