Told waiter about dairy constrictions & being lactose intolerant. Chef added cheese to the shrimp & grits. When I brought the issue up to the bar manager, he told me that there is no cheese in the grits even though the whole bowl of grits was orange toned, and we pointed out a string of cheese. He proceeded to say “maybe a piece fell in accidentally” They made it over, and the grits came out the normal off white color it’s supposed to be. Please do not argue with customer about allergies. We are not delusional!!

Had a reservation for 5pm. Arrive at 4:55pm and was told we had to wait to be seated. Then after waiting 10 minutes to be seated, we were told the kitchen was closed to prepare for dinner. Which would be serviced at 5:40 pm. Well we wasent going to leave as we travel from (crown height) bklyn to get there. After ordering and the food arrived I must say the food was really good I enjoyed it. The service however was horrible the waitress was not attentive . The service was nice, the food very good. What spoiled the entire experience was the waiter charging us for 3 drinks; with the entrée, there was 1 drink with the meal and every drink after was to be complimentary. The drink was listed at $14.00 on the site menu, but the charge price was $16.00. My party included myself and my two granddaughters, which the menu stated a party of four or more pay 15% of the bill for tipping; which we were charged $24.00; another error. Reservation was for 7:30 and we were seated promptly. Our waiter never introduced himself and the hostess actually took our drink order. Our drink order was taken at 7:55 by the hostess and we received our drinks by our server at 8:15. The waiter took our order at that time. We order appetizers calamari and boneless chicken and entries salmon burger and steak. Our appetizers came to our table at 9 pm. Our dinner did not arrive to our table until 9:50. Got a table quick. Service was friendly and gracious to a point. The food, on the other hand, was poor. They offer no basket of bread and butter, there was only one option for an unlimited beverage, the omlette was one of the worst I've ever had. Asked for a soft omlette and it was over cooked, cheese in only one section, and you had to order bread separately. I cannot speak for the food as I didn’t get to eat it but the service was terrible. I had a reservation and they did have the table ready on time but then the waitor was hostile and didn’t even ask for our order despite us trying to get his attention. Finally we asked for the bill (we did get drinks served to us at least) because we were hungry and no one had even asked us what we wanted to eat and the waitor finally shows up to talk to us and rudely asks “what’s the rush”?.
