Food was overpriced. Some dishes were very salty. A couple of orders were inaccurate even though the waiter doubled checked it. My drink was tasty but warm. Staff was friendly and caring though. Bathrooms were clean and modern.

Made a 2:45pm reservation two days prior. Was called the day of to confirm my reservation, stated me and my party will be in attendance. Arrived at The restaurant at 2:43pm. Only one hostess on, who was overwhelmed with the high volume of walk-ins and reservations showing up. The frustration was evident on her face. Me and my party was not sat until 3:17pm. I have to start with the wonderful service we received by the waitress. If it wasn't for her attention and graciousness, the whole experience would have been much worse. The food however, was the main issue. The appetizers were quite good--the fried shrimp and calamari. The entrees were so bad we had to send one of them back and eat the other because we were really hungry and it was getting late. The service wasn't the best. The young lady didn't have a sense of urgency. My friends and I sat down and waited 20 mins for our drinks and 45 mins for the food. Proper training with the waiters or the manager available on the floor to pick up where the waiters slack off would make the experience much better. The food was good but it's all about the experience which I did not enjoy.

The food and the waitor was excellent. However, the wait to be seated was poor. A reservation was made for a party of 7 for 3pm, we was not seated until 35 min after 3pm. When asked to speak to a mgr he turned out to be clueless and blantly lied to my face about the resevation policy and not once offered an apoloy for the wait. My definition of a reservation is a table being held in advance for a specific time for a certain amt of ppl. A reservation is not waiting for a table to be cleared and 2 tables pushed together. I've eaten here before so I know the food is good, HOWEVER, I didn't get a chance to eat here on the day that I reserved because my table was given away (I was 5 min late) and I had to wait for them to "clean another table and get it ready", which turned into a 15 min wait. I might have waited if music wasn't loud and overbearing and as a 40 something year old, I'm really not into the hip hop, 20 - 30 year old day party vibe at 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. Sorry. I would not recommend at all. The food was not topnotch, especially for the pricing. Will not go again.

Made Reservations and got there and i still wasn't able to be seated for my reservation. Was told it's a 30-45 minute wait. Thought reservations have preference over a walk ins. Even if its at capacity.

Made a reservation for Christmas Day evening for dinner---which was available on OpenTable, and their website proclaimed that they were going to be open serving their regular menu. When we arrived, they were closed and the place was dark. Not sure I would trust them in future. Bummer because it had some good reviews.
