I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Chicken was dry and cold. Red velvet pancakes were small I asked for butter it never came I had a little syrup asked for that......it came 25 minutes later. I asked for the manager and she brought a few pieces of hot chicken but had NO seasoning and this was $24. The waiter was the worst. There were only 6 people in restaurant when I arrived So it was not busy and I had a reservation!
We dud not get our 1000 points. Two if our guests were not served and had to leave early
I had reservations for 5 wasnt seated until 5:45 n waited for food until 6:30 smh wait was extremely too long
The food was okay for a brunch. What I didn't like was being rushed after only sitting for 1hr and 30min me and my sister came to sit eat and chat a bit but we was rushed. They even asked us to go sit by the door to finish our drinks . Another person came over and started wiping the table while we were still sitting. They were so rude . I would never come here again or recommend this place.
I made reservations and my table wasn't ready when I got there. My food was cold and overcooked. My server kept forgetting my orders and it took a really long time just to get my food. However the place is clean and welcoming. I feel like you can meet a lot of interesting people there. Its in a great location.
Didn't have the great experience with dinner as I did with brunch. Service, food and value was substandard for dinner. Portions are too small for the price and the wait for food was absurd.
Made a reservation and still had to wait close to an hour past reservation time. Quality of food not good at all. Ordered an omelet with fillings and the fillings were placed on the side.. on the side? Better breakfast/ brunch items at IHOP.
I've been to Chocolat maybe twice before today & the food was ok...but today it was just horrible. 1. The wait for our food was extremely long 45min to an hour 2. The food was not hot at all. More like warm close to cold 3. My aunt order the pasta with Salmon. There was a clothing tag in her pasta. We were absolutely mortified. That's not even the worst part about it. Food took over an hour to come and when it came it was warm at best!! The music was good and the drinks were good but the restaurant wasn't crowded for the food to take that long!!! Probably won't go back!!
