The service here is horrible. Our waiter, took our order, forgot the order, gave our order to another table, we were told numerous times that our order was coming shortly or in 5 minutes, we were handed off to another waiter, we asked for the manager, manager came to our table, and after waiting almost an hour without ever receiving any food (only had coffee and a few mimosas) we got up and left. We will never come here again. We will not recommend this place.

I had not been in Chocolat since the summer. That being said, I felt like I walked into a night club...I don't want to hear "I don't give a fu**" blaring over speakers while I'm dining... the hostess needs training. Learn seating, how to prioritize and customer service. Incompetence is not a good look when you're on the front line. The food was fine. The only saving grace was our waiter, otherwise...new management is needed. Won't go to back any time soon!!

It was my first time to the restaurant and I don't think I'll be back. I love trying brunch at new places but Chocolat really turned me off. I ordered a side of bacon which was $7 and when it came, the plate literally had 4 tiny little pieces of bacon strips. I really wished I had taken a picture to show everyone but I'm not one for taking pics of food in a restaurant. The 4 tiny pieces weren't 4 bacon strips that were cooked and shrinked. Brunch was not good. Pancakes and bacon were cold. Had to ask for butter and syrup which should have been automatically supplied. Mimosas were tasteless and greeters appeared confused were to seat guests. Will not return to this restaurant until I see more positive reviews.

Horrible. . . . food took forever . I ordered a steak my steak tasted like I was eating a rubber tire . The server was weeded for the most part . Didn't ask the second person in my party about any refills or anything .

The staff was friendly and the ambiance would be good if you wanted to get cozy. The place was close to empty and yet the service was slow. It took close to 15 minutes before we were offered a drink while we looked at the menu. I expected the food to blow me away considering it was just regular choices at a slightly higher price. I went to Chocolat about a year ago for dinner and really enjoyed my meal, so when my friend suggested brunch I was looking forward to it. I made a 1:30 reservation and we weren't seated until about 2-2:15. What's the point of making a reservation if one still has to wait? Food was so-so, I had the shrimp and grits it was mediocre at best. The waitress was nice very attentive. The music they played was a nice mix. Would I come back again? I've been to this restaurant many times in the past and had mixed experiences. This one was one of the subpar ones, though I still wouldn't say "bad". First of all, the hostess cancelled my OT reservation on my way over because there were "two reservations and only one had my email address".
