I live around the corner from this place and was excited to have brunch here since I noticed it has been getting a lot of business. The place is very nice and chic! However, we had such terrible service we will probably never go back. Plus the food we ordered was only ok for the price. The only thing I enjoyed was that the mimosas where continually filled but once we finished our plates so did the mimosas. We had a table reservations and still had to wait over 20 mins to be seated. Understaffed so severely that our waitress got pulled away from us while taking our order to assist another table. Music so loud couldnt talk to my date without yelling across the table. Table was wobbling until the bus boy fixed it. Staff was inattentive. (Atleast to us) food was great. No problem with the food complements to the chef.

A waiter caught a temper tantrum infront of customers and slammed down what he was carrying customer dishes on the floor. Not only that but he had the audacity to use profanity infront of everyone.

We choose this place for brunch only because we saw this deal in Amazon Local. We would have never gone here otherwise. But don't use this deal for brunch - it's not valid and we didn't read the fine print, shame on us. The waiter asked the manager who called the owner to see if he would honor it because we had already eaten and we wouldn't have stayed to dine there if we had known in advance, and the owner said no. Saw many photos on facebook and instagram so decided to make this my first stop in nyc. I arrived as soon as the restaurant opened. There was no greeting by staff as a matter of fact the waitress acted as if we were a bother. Service is everything to me. My whole experience was negative because of the lack of warmth by staff. I called the manager to inform her of staff and she apologized and said try to come back for the night staff after I spent my whole morning traveling to get there in the morning! Decided to try a different restaurant in Harlem. I arrived first and my friend arrived later. When my friend arrived, instead of the hostess walking her back to the table where I was sitting, she actually just pointed. I ordered a drink from the bar which took approximately 10 mins to be served when other patrons arriving after me were served drinks before me. The good was good but service was awful. The server was nice but nonexistent. Desert was offered but never received. Just don't bother!

Salmon blt was over cooked and bland, bacon under cooked and sitting on an oversized brioche bun with a side of cold fries. Friend had the red velvet pancakes which tasted ok but also arrived cold. Service was slow. Ice tea was old and like muddy water. Swapped for diet coke which was flat. 50 bucks wasted. Will not return.

Just terrible service. Ordered food to go as well and was told after an hour of waiting that the "food was thrown away" and there was no more pancake batter or mix to make more because that was thrown away as well
