Please be ware of this company! One the worst out here. I had a slow drain in my basement bathroom sink and they sent *** plumbing & Sewer out for the repair. The tech got his line caught and messed up pipe which caused a flood in my basement. I complained to CW but was told they are not responsible for what the company tech did and I need to file another claim just to fix what was done. I made another claim and a different contractor/ plumbing company came out which he had to cut a whole in my wall to see what was going on.... read more

**************** is BS! this company will find any reason to cancel. Have a condenser motor to my AC go out. CHW contracted tech arrived (not prepared to change part) and claimed system was dirty to lack of maintenance, provided proof that service was done less than ******************************************************* today, didn't like I stated this was worst customer service I had gotten, cancel my policy, and hung up. On May 12 we called to say the tankless water heater was leaking all over the garage floor. We were given a service date of 5/14 with City ****************** They didn't show up. When we called City Plumbing, they said Choice had never assigned the job to them. I have a choice warranty policy. I got it last year in ************** was for the total plan. Now if you read what is covered, you would see I was covered for it. My central air unit went 6/19/24. I called to see what was going on. The first thing the operator was talking about was renewing my ************** would get someone out the next day. I told her I couldn't do it. Impossible to get a claim specialist to respond to my HVAC breaking down. We are seniors and need AC as well as heat of course. They do respond to calls as they advertise. They do not respond to emails. They do not respond to mail. They have not responded at this point to our out of pocket costs to repair the heating and cooling unit. They have failed to fulfill their deal with me. They will be brought to court and the state agencies will be notified.

Very unreliable!!! Made promises that they didnt keep!! We waited since April for the refrigerator to be repaired. Today is 27 June *** no repair has been made and our refrigerator. I gave him all of the information from the last series, repair person up his unprofessionalism, using profanity and not understanding what he needed to do. They sent the same person back today! This company deserves 0 for poor business reasons. Steal your hard earned money and don't fixed the problem on hand. Asking for more funds to cover what their contract say they take care of. Rip off business. They send out low grade companies to get that copay. Then they report to Choice that the replacement needed and they refuse to do. I am seeking help now against Choice Home Warranty! Earn 0 star, don't use them!!!!

They find a way out to deny services. DONT BUY. Their technicians are not very skilled, dont spend a lot of time troubleshooting and give recommendations that are not helpful to the customer for ********************** to cover. Their case managers are the worst especially ***********************. You are not allowed to speak with a supervisor or manager. You have to do all the leg work if they cant find a provider. They have the worst customer service. I recommend not to purchase this insurance. AHS c/s is much better
