Don't charge double They charged me twice for 3 rooms. We paid individually for each room with different card. None

Overpriced There was lots of long hair in the bed and on the pillows. Also there was no black out curtains and a huge window so there was know sleeping in. The outside really needs some work. The smell of the place when you walk in and the hallways smell like old dirty carpet and smoke. The kids entertainment

We did not feel comfortable or safe. The building is poorly maintained. The hallways were dark, dingy, and dirty. The room number sign was missing outside the door so we didn’t know where our room was. Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not well cleaned and we found blood stains in several areas of the bathroom. We will never be back to stay in this hotel. Maybe another location, but we think Reno is not where you want to spend a getaway with your spouse. The staff was nice.
