Fair they never explain how to get to the elevator and the escalator was out! literally spent 30 min with a crying infant and toddler looking for the room

A Ghost town! No workers to keep the shops open. Heater fan was extremely noisy, every time it came on it would wake me up if I was lucky enough to get to sleep. Nothing to like! 85% of everything was closed due to lack of workers or some Covid issue, masks required anywhere we went. So we traveled to Vegas the next day and masks were still required but many more of the Casino businesses were open.
