Staff was rude at check in after dumping hidden fees on me and it made for a very unpleasant week. no microwave. terrible view. uncomfortable bed. hard pillows. rude staff at check in. hidden fees the bed was big. the shower was really good. the room had a fridge

saddly cant really say that i would visit the location again the place look dingy and old did not like the parking and having to walk from onr lot to another not to impressed

Lack luster The A/C until sounds like it’s taking off, never shuts off even though set high enough to shut off. Have to keep the TV on a high volume since the A/C unit is so loud. The shower is not meant for anyone taller than 5’6”. Had a King size bed and it had the hump and super uncomfortable, the pillows were flat. The sheet had holes and were itchy. The lights flickered when we turned them on and than shut off light it blew a fuse we let them know and no one came to look at it. the convince of downtown.

Not happy did not get our money’s worth Room is not what we expect old carpet run down spots everywhere writing in wall advertise 50 inches tv got 24 no usb outlet air conditioner not even working properly. It’s not what we paid for $306 a night. Our room is old run down carpet writing in wall no usb outlet bedding is old look like not wash for so long time it supposed to be luxury premier room not a room we used to stay in circus.
