Carpet was disgusting The carpet was stained it was almost black in places the view was horrible Bed was comfortable bathroom was beautiful

Poor Elevator was not working, we was took and no one came for help. Until me and husband open the door our self. Ask staff for extra towels they said they would come and clean room, I came back room was not clean and no towels were provided. Location is great.

Pleasant When I paid on line I paid 194.00 when I showed up I had to pay 87.00 more 50.00 of it will be refunded when I leave. That's fine but the lady said I only paid 157.00 from the invoice she had got I showed her my email and it said I paid paid the 194.00 on the site in full so some where this is not right Room was great

Fair All the stairs, escalators and ramps to get around. Did not like the smell of smoke throughout the place(not the room).

Pay for location only, do not expect anything more than a roof over your head. I knowingly paid premium pricing of 970 for 2 nights during hot august nights weekend. I was put in their low end old smelly tower room. The sheets didn't even feel really clean, there was not even a blanket on the sheets, not even a water bottle for the premium price of the room, the bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned prior to my stay. Poor When my friend took a shower the whole tub filled with soap scummy water and would not drain. I was not able to shower myself and I have a very long drive to LA. I am incredibly upset about this

Not excited to go back. Rooms air conditioner was very loud and can hear everything in the halls from your room. The shuttle from the main hotel wasn’t working and it was a long walk back and forth to everything. Bathroom was beautiful. Beds were comfortable.
