Fair We had to move rooms because our first room wasn’t ready then our second room was not very clean.

it was a trip for granddaughters they didn't have the full effect of circus circus no buffet circus acts or pool size

I could easily (on their part) been much better. They confirmed earlier that we had an ADA room with two queen beds(when we first made our booking). Then when we got there they had us in a standard room. Then after a lot of hassle we got an ADA room with one bed, which doesn't really work well for us. They said a manager would contact us, they never did. We asked for room service to change the bed and clean the room and to bring more coffee, they never came. It was not what i expected. The parking lot is poorly light. The bed sheet has holes. The bathtub is clog up don’t train well. I get the room in the corner where the wall surround the window. It was not what i expected.
