Dirty The room wasn’t clean at check in took an hour of my time to wait for someone to clean it still was dirty the vacuum was clogged the sink had hairs the sheets were the only things clean . This should’ve been clean before arrival. I’ve had experience working with hotels and this by far was the worst experience.

Fair The room was dirty when we arrived so we called room service . They brought the lady who was the one who had cleaned it up . She and her supervisor were very nice ! Problem is the lady could not even correct the problem after we pointed it out ! It was obvious she had a vision problem ! There was only one breakfast resturant open for the row , or should I say for three Hotels !

Poor Room had items from other guest, in plain sight. No easy elevator access for disabled guests to get to hotel registration without walking a great distance The staff. The food.
