"Zero Customer Service" I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in September of 2015 and was recently emailed with a reminder to bring my car in for a service appointment. I called the service department in an attempt to set up an appointment and discovered that the service center was going to be just as awful as the sales department. "No one even cared I was there..." I went to this dealership looking for a used truck. I went into the lobby of the office building and walked right beside an office where there were people answering phones so they knew I was there. I waited for ten minutes with my daughter in an empty lobby before I told her "let's go outside and look around because I guess no one is going to come help us." "Pushy salemen. Way over kbb price" Salesman Brandon was cool when we started but after we wasn't sold on the escape he became really aggressive. He couldn't understand that we wanted to shop a little more. I would have went back if I hadn't been cornered by him and his boss. Intimidation doesn't work. We love our new Subaru thanks Brandon
"Very disappointing" Went to trade my 2014 Dodge Ram. Looked at used and new ford F150's. A complete disappointment. For a dealership that prides itself on "LOW" prices, and touting $12-13,000 off of 2015 F150's, it's funny they could only come down $7,000 for me. I heard the "we can come off $13,000 of a much more expensive truck" crap while I was here. I have previously bought 2 new vehicles here: there won't be any more. And this is a top Dealerrater site? Yeah, I believe that.
"Got the job done" I brought my used 2014 Taurus from Larry Hill Ford in February 2015. I had no indicators that I had a low battery until 3 days ago. All the lights worked and when I tried to start the car, It kept clicking trying to turn over, then a message displayed for a few seconds that indicated there was something wrong with the brakes (which seemed to be fine). "ford recall" Had a recall on steering bolts got me in and replace under time quote said it would take 3 hrs and had me out in 1 hr
"wife's car" I bought a 2013 focus it was a fair price the salesmen are jump all over you from the time you arrive they are have aggressive sales and will they to push you. The service was ok but slow you would think there would atleast be a TV to watch while you waited. I left after o bought the car so they could clean it and when I came back to pick it up it wasn't ready they didn't do their inspection before putting it on the lot They are really proud of they're dealerrater reviews but don't fill it out until you have you... read more
