I am trying to remove the post I made earlier about the carpet cleaning I had done. Coit responded to my complaint the first day and offered to redo the entire job. Since the furniture and most of carpets were fine I requested they come and try to improve the two worst stains. They scheduled immediately and the technician was here today. He did pretreat this time and it does appear to have improved. Thank you Coit for your excelllent customer service

Had the ducts cleaned by Nathaniel who provided excellent services. While inspecting the HVAC unit he found to our surprise a filter not replaced since installation. I replaced the filter inside religiously but not aware on the one in the HVAC unit. Also, he found ducts with poor patch jobs and open holes. He replaced the damaged ducts and now the AC is running and spewing fresh air. Very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend the services that Coit provides.

Last month my dogs got into my daughter's purse and chewed up a pill bottle containing 90 pills. Dogs were rushed to the vet (not sure who ate the pills) and stomachs pumped with some charcoal containing substance...one dog had horrible diarrhea (or threw up, I was gone) and a tarry black substance remained after cleaning... point of story is today, a month later, COIT came out and got rid of the horrible stains. I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF POSSIBLE ! I had Coit clean my tile floor and master bedroom shower. They did an excellent job on the tile floor but my wife and I were not happy with the way the shower came out. Coit sent a customer survey and so I gave them a bad review about the shower. The man that showed up was professional and nice. I however wasn't impressed by the quality of carpet cleaning. I did a better job with a rug doctor. There was a large possible ink stain in one bedroom that he said he couldn't get out. I believe he couldn't. However some resolve and a rag and it came right up.
