We had all the duct work replaced in March 2020. There was a rattling and crinkling noise coming from some of the vents. Coir sent techs out to fix and adjust until the unit was completely silent. It took a few visits, but they made it perfect!

Coit came to my home and cleaned my carpet, I have a dog so you know what that can do to a carpet. When it dried walking on it with my bare feet, it felt like a new carpet. Good job Coit.

I am trying to remove the post I made earlier about the carpet cleaning I had done. Coit responded to my complaint the first day and offered to redo the entire job. Since the furniture and most of carpets were fine I requested they come and try to improve the two worst stains. They scheduled immediately and the technician was here today. He did pretreat this time and it does appear to have improved. Thank you Coit for your excelllent customer service

Had the ducts cleaned by Nathaniel who provided excellent services. While inspecting the HVAC unit he found to our surprise a filter not replaced since installation. I replaced the filter inside religiously but not aware on the one in the HVAC unit. Also, he found ducts with poor patch jobs and open holes. He replaced the damaged ducts and now the AC is running and spewing fresh air. Very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend the services that Coit provides.
