harold and scott came out to our newly bought home and cleaned out our air ducts in a very timely manner but also showed us exactly what was wrong and right with our ducts and our whole entire system. they were very knowledgable and informative and showed us what should be done in the future to save us time and $. i would gladly refer them anyone we know. we will definitely use them again when needed.

I had a great experience with COIT today. I had heard of their 40% all services sale and since our dog has totally wrecked our bedroom carpet, we were in dire need of deep, DEEP cleaning. I booked the job two weeks earlier and was assured I'd get the cleaners to come in the morning (as I requested), and they'd call the day prior with a more finite time frame. This company is amazing!! My carpets look brand new! The technician was very nice and helpful. When I called to make the appointment the gentleman on the phone was nice and professional. I have recommended coit services to my friemds amd family and I will never have anyone else clean my carpets!! . Thank you!!

I have had great experiences with Coit. Since getting a puppy a year ago I've needed to get frequent carpet cleanings. The technicians ( notably Rich, CJ and Milo) have all been prompt, polite, and done a really great job. They've also carted area rugs off site to clean them and delivered them back exactly when they promised. Highly recommend these folks!

Tony from Coit did a great job cleaning our carpets today! He was professional, conscientious, and very informative. He made it an overall positive experience. We will definitely use Coit again. In fact, we are scheduling tile and grout work. Appreciate Tony's attention to detail. Thanks!!!

I made an appointment online initially but didn't get any reply except a computer generated reply that a tech would call and confirm and then I didn't receive a call. I called because I needed to change the time and a person to person call was a better way to go. I, wish though that someone would call a couple days ahead instead of just one day. Had a good experience with my first time using COIT. Cleaning specialists Tony and Jacob were both very professional, knowledgable and efficient. They did a great job in a relatively short amount of time and at a fairly decent price. I won't hesitate to use their services again.

I have to give credit where credit was due. Leslie and her team did contact me in regards to the review I previously left. We discussed some possible areas of opportunity at the call center as well as with the at home technicians. After our conversation I was contacted to make an appointment that was convenient to me. The new technician, Dave I think, was prompt and courteous, taking the time to put on booties which the previous tech did not do. I've appreciated Coit's quick response and fast scheduling. Their managers and technicians are polite, knowledgable, and customer oriented. They have cleaned up to 50 apartment units for me and stains have been removed and carpet is restored to like new in the majority of cases. I plan to use Coit again in the future!
