My 2024 Toyota Four Runner was involved in a fender bender. The whole process was extremely smooth. Brent can be a little tough to get a hold of, but then again the man runs ragged all day long and tries to service everyone as quickly as possible. Once the vehicle was scheduled, they gave me an estimated completion date of 5 to 7 business days and I picked up my vehicle in four. I could not be happier with the quality of work, friendliness of the front staff, and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience with Brent Hurd a Customer Service Representative at Collision Center of Peoria. A minor accident broke a bracket holding on front corner trim on my Nissan Frontier. He correctly diagnosed steps that would need to be taken that included a need to loosen the front bumper cover in addition to a new bracket to reinstall the trim and offered suggestions for minimizing the cost of repair. They sent a preliminary estimate in a few hours. After we took our SUV in to get repaired, they sent an updated estimate and gave a target date for completion of the work. Every other day we received a texted progress report. They finished the repair a day early and made sure the vehicle was spotless when we picked it up. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and the excellent communication.

Great repair job, just took forever to get it completed. Took 10 days longer than originally promised with no real explanation as to why.
They always keep us informed and communicated very often. The only negative comment I can make. Is that the waiting for the estimate and when we actually picked up the car was an excessive time.
