Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews.... Who goes out of their way to provide health accounts with 5 star reviews?! The app (and company) are terrible. I can’t use the app to upload a photo of my bill and I tried three different ways to do it, so I had to print out my bill to take a photo of it.
Frustrated customer Trying to get a copy of payment to a hospital and the app has no information on how to do that. The phone number on the app just cuts you off when you call. What is happening with this? How do I get ahold of someone? Are there any actual customer service people? Horrible app.
Bills sit, unpaid I have placed a bill or two on MyCYC recently and upload a picture of the bill. The bill just sits there, unpaid. Eventually I get a collection call or late notice, and I end up calling the medical billing office to pay the bills and remove it/them from MyCYC. It once was a great app. I’m afraid it doesn’t work anymore.
4.7 Stars 🤨 This app is effectively broken; a raging dumpster fire. I am certain the 5 star ratings are farmed.
This app keeps crashing I have downloaded this app on my IPhone7 and now IPhone11… both devices crash the app upon loading. Can someone please help me debug this. Willing to run crash diagnostics
Good app but crashes on iOS for cell phone App is easy to use and works well on my iPad but can’t get it to work on iPhone running iOS 14.4.2. Attempted multiple re-installs and app just won’t open.
Bad company This is not a good company to work with. I’m going to un enroll in my fsa during the next enrollment period so I don’t have to deal with them any more. If you have ever worked with a competent financial institution, these people will make you furious.
