App freezing at log in Cant get past the log in screen. Not good.
Keeps asking for identification code Used to work. Now keeps showing error that I doesn't recognize the device. I enter the code from the email they send and then the problem happens all over again. The mobile page doesn't work either. It logs in but it shows no content. The page is broken on the Safari browser on the computer. The log-in drop down does not show up at all.
Doesn’t work at all This would be wonderful if it actually worked. I’m unable to process anything. Just receive the lovely “service error” message when I try to pay provider. Please fix this. Thank you.
Slow Hate this app. It is really slow and you can’t see how much money I gained from investments. On top of that they charge $18 yearly for investing

App barely functions, receipt upload a nightmare and no chat support This app is barely functional and the features are basic and amateurish. You can’t upload receipts easily. I have taken a photo, granted access to my pics and scanned a doc. All failed. No chat support when I clicked. Sat for 10 mins with no customer service. Avoid this vendor!
Commuter benefits Both the customer service and this app are hard to use
Check for a 1.00 paper statement fee Charged a $1.00 paper statement fee so went on the app to select paperless statements, but could not find it. Went online next, but could not find it. Called customer service and was told how to navigate to the option (online only) and to the CSRs surprise (yes, genuine surprise!) there was no option to select paperless statements and they could not find it any where online. Was told they are creating a research report to figure out the problem and IF they could reimburse the $1.00 fee. T... read more
