Worst App Ever! No reply from Technical Support when inquiring about Touch ID. Only accepts a maximum of 5 documents to justify your claim. Very difficult to find a contact phone number to actually speak to someone. Impossible to actually speak to someone in the claims department. Less than pleased with the company as a whole. Really displeased with the app.
Annoyed I’ve never struggled so hard to make an account. Every time I had a new issue with my password. You should just lay out all the password requirements! Now I’m locked out because to many tries!
File claim in 1-2 minutes It’s easy to use, especially taking a photo of the Bill and easily attaching it
Horrific Customer Service I am telling everyone I know about the terrible service I have received from the staff here. I have to pay hundreds of dollars of my own money for my medical care after setting aside 2.5k.
They don’t care I submitted documentation twice for a claim and I kept receiving letters that I hadn’t submitted itemized receipts. (I did both times.) Then I was sent a letter that the claim was denied due to no documentation. The unmitigated gall of those fools.
Touch ID nowhere to be found in the app. So can not enable Touch ID No Touch ID.
Disconnect between desktop and app Difficulty uploading documents with new iOS updates.
Worst App I Have Ever Used Literally the worst app I have ever used. Several non functional features. Calendar doesn’t load to select a date, I upload pictures of receipts but they are not visible (just another white screen and I have to tap around and try to find the correct receipt), then I can’t even submit the form. Why offer the app if it is broken in so many ways that it is unusable? This app does not need to do anything challenging. How can it possibly be this bad? Horrible App It shuts down constantly! It needs to be fixed so that it actually works.
