Email marketing with Constant Contact Pros Constant Contact is definitely on the top-tier software for managing and distributing email marketing and they are very good in it. The template design is very interactive and easy to edit it to fit with the email objective. We had a good response and email open rate with this software. Constant Contact is great for small or large businesses Pros Constant contact is super easy to use whether you are seasoned or just starting out with email marketing. Cons As a designer, I wish the program felt a bit more updated.
A real way to be in Constant Contact Overall, happy with the choice to move over to Constant Contact. I will say we lacked in our ability to connect to our members/donors and this has greatly helped. Our downfall though is since COVID so much of our emails automatically go to spam. This is not a fault of CC but rather, since we increased communications, this then triggered "spam" notifications which is affecting emails outside of CC emails. Pros Ease of deployment. Constant contacts over mailchimp Constant contact for me was simple and easy to use, had great email templates and designs to work with, and was a great way for me to engage with customers and grow my business Pros Constant contacts has Better template designs and better lead list management than what I saw on mail chimp. Constant Contact Customer Service is Constantly Connected! AMAZING...customer support - BAR NONE and I mean it. Pros This is not one of the new services that only gives you online support. You get a real live person and that is worth it's weight in GOLD! Anything this lacks in features it more than makes up for in REAL live people -and they catch up with the rest as they go along. Easy to use program and product This is the easiest way I have found to send out a mass email for newsletters and to keep in contact with potential customers. Pros I found it very easy to load up a list of emails to send out for monthly newsletters or information. Integration with my lists were easy. Cons I really don't have any cons when it comes to the program and its use. It seems to do exactly what it is set up to do
Good tool to send Email Marketing campaigns Since we started using this tool we have improved the quality of our contact list, our campaigns reach the inbox without any problem. It has been a good decision to acquire this software. Pros I love this tool, I can automate emails by creating flows for customers. Easy and Effective Email Marketing Very easy to use and always reliable. The user interface is organized and easy to understand. Pros It made managing and and retaining customer contacts very simple and easy. It wasn't a headache to customize email campaigns. Cons The email design portion could have more variety. Some of the designs seems overly simplistic or limited.
Constant Contact review Pros Constant Contact excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists. They're coming out with a new edition of their email builders, but the existing one allows for individual CSS coding per block, which allows for a lot of customization.
