Better Than Mail Chimp For Us Overall, it has given us what we need and we send out messages that look professional enough. Pros We like the set up and are able to create what we need in a basic way without having to invest in anything fancy. Cons Sometimes the process is more time consuming than I prefer when creating a new message. Also, it is not easy to get a video uploaded into the message and I wish we were able to do that easier.

Great for our monthly eNewsletter Our publisher is very happy about the way Constant Contact manages our mailing list. Pros Our company publish a eNewsletter every month and this is the only application we use. Easy to set up emails and promos on their website. Excellent data base managment in terms of keeping our mailing list. Cons It will be great if there are more options for styling and formatting the email. Downloading of mailing reports could have been customized by the user.

Makes Patient Newletters Simple Customer service has been very responsive, but I haven't really had alot of need to contact them, at least not constantly. Pros It's easy to upload patient lists since they change so frequently. Using templates makes it more likely that you will keep up to date with mailings Cons It would be nice to have the ability to store more graphics in the basic subscription and a better way of organizing templates.
Constant Contact - excellent softward to reach your customers on a regular basis! Very positive overall experience wiht Constant Contact. Pros What i like most about this software is the ability to schedule emails, Instagram, and Facebook posts to my customers. Cons I really haven't found any negatives about this software. It does what I need it to do and helps me organize my advertising plans for my customers.
Simple to learn and use Overall, this has become a staple in our office. It is easy for everyone to use and provides ways to connect to social media and provide reports instantly.
